That includes giving clients their options! Do you sell the house as is or do you make a few minor changes? Do you sell now or wait? Do you empty the house or add staging? I like to lay out these scenarios for the seller so they can envision how the sale will go. There are so many "What If..? scenarios within a real estate transaction, it makes sense for some clients to want to go over some of them and I am glad to do it. Many times, I have already been through a "What if.. '' and can offer an educated opinion to a client.

Sometimes people need help finding a contractor to prepare the house to sell or even to upgrade a house they bought. I like to help clients out by sharing the contractors that have a good job for me and my clients. My past experiences allow me to keep a large network of contractors to share with clients past and present. Do you have a pile of things to get rid of? Do you need a few things painted? Does your heater need service? Do you need a mover? Is the house loaded with things that may be collectable? Do you have a leaky pipe or a light that's broken? Do you just need the grass cut? In most cases, I can help you find a contractor for just about anything.
